This reno project in The Gates, Hilton, was undertaken in record time (5 months from start to finish), and handed over on the exact day as planned – much to the surprise of the Jo’burgers – and in fact, we were all quite surprised!

We had the pleasure of working with the HGN Projects team, Clint and Darryl, as well as Josey Hayter of Milstead & Hayter Vision Interiors, and Brit and Lisa from Against the Grain Kitchens.

Howick Mirror and Glass provided an excellent service in replacing all the doors and windows in black aluminum, as well as some new designs, all in all, a massive and striking change from the previous white frames.

Steelwork was completed by Impro, thanks to Konrad, and everything went to plan, including widening the garage, finding positions for the two sculptures in the small garden, and very well done to Rob who produced beautiful landscaping.

The major credit goes to HGN and Josey for pulling off a complete gutting and incredible fit-out producing a stunning turnkey home in an unusually short timeframe. Well done! It was fun, looks fantastic, and I believe the clients are very happy with their new home.
